Rochester has always been a community that has prided itself on the diverse opportunities for fun in the sun and, yes, fun even in the snow. Take down some pins at the bowling alleys or navigate the winding traps and pitfalls of mini-golf. Want to play some real golf? Maybe you’d prefer to play a full course on the big time turf. We have more than enough locations, both in town and out in the country. But if you and your friends want to try out something that requires a little more teamwork, Rochester is more than happy to see you on the football field or the baseball field. And if you support youth sports Rochester can help too with programs specifically designed to encourage participation. If sports don’t grab your attention we can locate some of the most scenic parks in and outside town. Our parks are great for those individual treks and those family outings. With prime locations for picnics, hiking, biking, boating, and swimming, there isn’t any reason why anyone shouldn’t enjoy the great outdoors. Even during our coldest time of year Rochester has plenty to do. There are always plenty of places to go if you’re interested in sledding, skiing, and snowboarding!
